These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nuzzly website located at nuzzly.com.au ("Site") and the purchase of products through our online store. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our Site, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Nuzzly.
3. Products
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.
We have made every effort to display product colours, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product. Minor variations in colour or appearance do not constitute a defect.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly if this occurs.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) listed in your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel an order after confirmation if the product becomes unavailable, a pricing error is identified, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment details.
You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to Australia and New Zealand. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, or weather events.
Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Nuzzly pass to you upon dispatch of the products.
7. Customer Accounts
We offer optional customer accounts on our Site. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date
You must notify us immediately at hello@nuzzly.com.au if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including where we believe these Terms have been violated.
You may not use another person's account without their permission.
8. Returns and Refunds
Our Returns and Refund Policy is set out separately and forms part of these Terms. Nothing in our Returns and Refund Policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit, restrict, or modify any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
10. Product Information and Health Claims
Nuzzly provides general information about dog health and wellness products for informational purposes only. Nothing on our Site constitutes veterinary advice.
Always consult a qualified veterinarian before introducing new supplements or health products to your dog, particularly if your dog has an existing health condition, is pregnant, or is on medication.
We make no representations or warranties that any product will achieve a specific health outcome for your dog. Individual results may vary.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and the Nuzzly brand, is owned by or licensed to C.A Leon & N.R Stevenson and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content from our Site without our prior written permission.
12. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our Site or services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless C.A Leon & N.R Stevenson and its partners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your violation of these Terms or your use of our Site.
