Where we ship

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.


Processing times

All Nuzzly orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it's been dispatched.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays.


Delivery times

Australia Once dispatched, most Australian orders arrive within 2–7 business days depending on your location. Metro areas are typically at the faster end of this range. Regional and remote areas may take a little longer.

New Zealand Once dispatched, New Zealand orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on carrier availability, your location, and circumstances outside our control (such as peak periods or weather delays).

We offer a flat rate shipping fee across all orders to keep things simple.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your order through to delivery.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@nuzzly.com.au and we'll look into it for you.

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or hasn't shown up within the estimated delivery window — please reach out to us at hello@nuzzly.com.au with your order number and we'll make it right.
